Sign-language notification service maintenance
Maintained the path from audio and STT to sign-language matching and notifications.
From July 2021 to September 2024, I maintained and improved a service that turns train and station announcements into text and sign-language animations.
Connected services
I updated integrations as STT engines changed, maintained matching services, and implemented Kakao notification delivery through NCP SENS. Customer-facing operational monitoring, database indexes, and runtime migration were also part of the work.
Outcome
My public profile records a 75% reduction in delivery errors and a fivefold expansion in service scale. The audio and STT analysis work helped classify errors and improve the same service's matching logic.
