Sign-language matching and data analysis
Compared audio, STT output, and delivery results to investigate matching errors.
From August 2022 to September 2024, I analyzed audio and STT output for a sign-language notification service and improved its matching logic. The investigation followed each announcement from recognized text to its selected template.
From analysis to changes
I classified incorrect and missing deliveries, corrected search and variable-substitution logic, and automated recurring analysis through cron-based ETL and reporting.
Result
My public profile records a 25% reduction in analysis lead time. Findings fed back into the matching and delivery code, rather than remaining only in reports.
