I collect learning notes so I can return to a concept and see what I understood, what I ran, and which questions remain. Dated TIL notes and experiments are the core of this personal repository.
Notes and execution
The documented environment uses Python 3.13 or newer and uv. TIL, tests, and CI have separate entry points, with pre-commit checks for changes. Written commands and observed execution results are treated separately.
Maintaining the record
Documentation connects requirements, design, tasks, and operations. Human-facing explanations and agent execution rules have distinct purposes and language conventions. Keeping old notes usable matters as much as adding new ones.
